Troubleshoot iPhone & iPad Downloads

Having Trouble with Safari on Your iPhone or iPad?

If you’re experiencing difficulties downloading your book using Safari on an iPhone or iPad, don’t worry. This issue can occasionally arise due to browser settings or compatibility. To ensure a smooth download and easy access to your book, we recommend:

1. Download the Book on a Computer: If you have access to a computer (MacBook or Windows), this is usually the simplest way to get your file without any issues.
2. Download on Your iPhone or iPad: If you need to download directly onto your mobile device, follow these steps:
   1. Receive Your Purchase Receipt:
      • After completing your purchase, you will receive a receipt via email. Open this email on your mobile device to find the download link for your book.
   2. Click and Hold the Book Title:
      • In the receipt email, locate the title Journey to a Sparkling Life. Tap and hold on this book title until a menu appears.
   3. Copy the Link:
      • From the menu, select “Copy Link.” This will copy the download link to your clipboard.
   4. Open Chrome Browser:
      • If you don’t have Chrome installed, download it from the App Store. Open the Chrome app once installed.
   5. Paste the Link:
      • In Chrome, tap on the address bar at the top of the screen and hold until the “Paste” option appears. Tap “Paste” to insert the link you copied.
   6. Open the Link:
      • After pasting the link, tap “Go” or the search icon on your keyboard. Chrome will navigate to the download page.
   7. Download the Book:
      • On the download page, look for the “Download” button and tap on it. The EPUB file will begin to download.
   8. Access Your Downloaded File:
      • For iOS Users:
        • The EPUB file will be saved in the Files app or Downloads folder. Open the Files app and navigate to “On My iPhone” or “iCloud Drive” to find your downloaded file.
      • For Android Users:
        • The EPUB file will typically be saved in the “Downloads” folder. Access it using the “Files” app or “My Files” app.
   9. Open the EPUB File:
      • For iOS Users:
        • If you have Apple Books installed, tap on the EPUB file in the Files app. Then, select “Share” and choose “Copy to Books” or “Open in Books.”
      • For Android Users:
        • If you don’t have an EPUB reader app, download one from the Google Play Store, such as Google Play Books, Moon+ Reader, or Aldiko. Open the EPUB reader app and use “Open” or “Import” to select the EPUB file.
3. Read Your Book: Once the file is opened in your chosen reader app, you can start enjoying Journey to a Sparkling Life.
